Why does amazon keep changing the referall fees.

i listed my items. the fees started off as less than 20% but now keep going up and down. the most recent payout was pittance only to notice they are taking more than 60% am not making anything. I prepack everything and send it all ready to go. the items move and then am charged prepping fees, and more commisson and more referall fees and tax. I cant plan the business, because i make nothing at the end of it.

customer service keeps hanging up. you can hear them breathing and back ground india traffic sounds but no one speaks. it makes u want to cry trying to sort it.. I have sent mltiple requests for reveiws. the cases keep being closed as completed when nothing has happened. the item has remained the same size and weight and i keep getitgn charge dfor different weights. at this point i honestly want ot find a good lawyer and SUE AMAZON SELLER CENTRAL.

please advice on how i can take this to court. as it seems utterly unfair for all sellers to keep dealing with this BS and no one is being held accountable
