Technical Error for ID Verification

Hello all, I am trying to reactivate my selling account through the verification email that I received from Amazon. (Alta o emaili ekliyoruz)

I completed the verification process on Amazon AU as you can see the option in the picture however when I click to Amazon US button it redirects me to the Amazon italy and I don’t have a account on amazon italy. I contacted the support regarding this and and they told me that I need to complete the verification process but how can I complete the verification process if I can’t upload the required documents in Amazon US because of that redirect?

Based off the concerns mentioned I understand that you have not been able to complete your verification in the US as it's trying to redirect you to Italy. Some situations surrounding verification can stem from other regions. Are you able to confirm if you ever attempted to create an account in another region outside US and AU, or did you originally select to sell globally?

So I can provide more guidance and ensure I am offering the best support, I would ask that you navigate to the account information page and verify if there are other regions including Italy. If you identify other stores, you will be required to sign into each of them and complete the registration. You can commonly sign into these stores by switching the region using the toggle option at the top of seller central, otherwise you can use the links provided in our global selling account help page.

When you're reviewing the account information page, if you do not see other regions please follow up with a screenshot so I can work with the appropriate teams for further review and to provide a path to submit documentation in the correct region.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. I don’t really remember what I choose while signing up but it was probably “sell globaly” because there are many countries look inactive on my profile which I did not register to sell. I attached the screenshot for you. Do I need to complete the sign up for all of these countries that look inactive then head back to the us for verification?

As mentioned, and from the screenshot I do see there are a number of European stores. Theses are commonly created when you start selling using the sell globally option, or if you attempt to expand your selling into other regions. We do require that each of these stores are registered. If these stores are not registered it will create a multiple accounts violation associated to our code of conduct.

When it comes to completing global verification, I typically recommend making sure you follow the steps provided in our seller identity verification help page. This page offers guidance on what documents and information are required based on the location of your business that you selected. I always advised making 100% sure your account and documentation all match to ensure we are able to verify everything required.

If you encounter issues with trying to provide your information, I would ask that you follow up with screenshots or related case ID's so I can work with the appropriate teams on any needed resolutions.

Thank you for your response and explanation. Initially, when I activated the "global sales" option, I understand that inactive European marketplaces were created.

However, I am encountering difficulties in completing the individual identity authentication process for these markets.

I have added a screenshot of the error message I encountered.

Understanding there is still some ongoing concerns with completing the verification process. As mentioned you are an individual not a company. As mentioned under the business location section the text "If you don't have a business, enter your country of residence". The requirement behind this is to verify you and or your business. If do not have a business as mentioned, please use your current residential location. It is very important that you select your current location and residence that matches all required verification documents such as government issued ID, Bank, Utility bill so we can verify everything as needed and as noted in the help page previously linked. Once you verify your location, you will need to select the check box to allow next steps.
