Infringement? Merch asins taken down but no complaint letter received
Trying to work through a situation where I noticed no sales on some Merch asins that were getting daily sales. I checked the asins and they were no longer available (dogs of amazon)
- Merch on Demand user that also uses Brand Registry, so the Merch asins are tied to a brand.
- Several asins were taken down last week
- Never received a complaint letter
- Merch support says to contact Vendor-appeals
- Vendor- appeals keeps asking me for information specific to the complaint, which I don't have
Several emails go back and forth, and I am making no progress.
Since I am the registered trademark holder, I don't see how these asins could have been taken down for trademark infringement. However, since I never received a infringement letter, I am not even sure that is what happened
Basically, I am stuck in a loop and not sure where to turn

I truly appreciate your patience as we work through this together. Could you please share the specific ASINs you're concerned about? With this information, and help from an internal team, I have better ability to research your specific situation.
