Non-Dangerous Goods Missclassified
Hello,
3 of my products are misclassified as "Dangerous Goods FBA Fulfillable", but they should be Non-Dangerous Goods just like how they were initially classified and like all similar products on the market.
I submitted valid SDS that clearly states that they are non-dangerous, and I submitted multiple times, and no reason given on the classification.
The SDS is less than 5 years, has all 16 sections, product information and manufacturer information match listing, etc.
Please refer to Case 17244270021 and 17411917991 for details, it was opened on February 19th, and still no proper solution. All I keep hearing is that it is under investigation.
I resubmitted the SDS again, hoping that my products can be properly classified.

It's been more than a month, and no one from Amazon solved my issue. I would appreciate if a moderator could take a look.
The following are things I've tried;
- Resubmitted SDS multiple times, I made sure that the SDS is valid and follows all requirements.
- Opened Case; 17244270021 when the first ASIN was re-assessed as dangerous goods. Over a month still no reply.
- Opened Case; 17411917991 when 2 more ASIN were re-assessed. On March 19th, I attached the SDS in the chat. Still no reply yet.
Dangerous Goods are making selling much harder and more expensive; FBA always assign the farthest FC that limits the transportation options and drives up the fees.
Nonetheless my products are NOT Dangerous Goods.
