who is responsible--business losse due to wrong return

I’m constantly receiving wrong returns, i received wrong things in place of our brand new note counting machine. It’s been weeks, and no resolution in sight. These fake returns are causing severe losses, and it’s unacceptable. I have suggested pls start our VMS SERVICE and OPEN BOX DELIVERY so that some solutions will be done for bankomat.
