Account Under Review Due to "Product Authenticity Customer Complaints" for a Product I Haven’t Sold, with Risk of Deactivation
Hello,
I recently received a notification that my account is under review due to a "Product Authenticity Customer Complaint" for an item listed in my store, which I have not yet sold. I understand that these reviews are typically triggered by customer complaints regarding purchased products; however, since this product hasn’t been sold, I’m quite surprised to be facing this issue. I am currently at risk of having my account deactivated and am seeking assistance on this matter.
I would appreciate any insights into the possible causes of this situation and guidance on resolving it. Specifically, I’d like to understand how an authenticity complaint could be triggered for an unsold product and what steps I can take to close this review.
Thank you.

That's weird. Did you create the Amazon listing?

My account has already been deactivated due to a product safety policy violation. The issue arose despite the fact that I never actually sold the item in question. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a test report because the brand owner, a well-known company, refused to share it, citing their privacy policy. It seems the underlying reason is that I'm not an authorized seller of this brand. Amazon has been unhelpful in resolving this matter. Even after four years of being a seller on the platform, they do not consider the fact that the item was never sold; they seem indifferent to the situation faced by sellers.
