Bad amazon FBA service

They Don't Give Claim On Lost Inventory ? It's there responsibility ...

Even with me, they told that the inventory is damaged whereas I have shipped the products with proper packaging still they dont even care for the efforts of the seller. The agents working there doesnt bother about the product, my shipment was in receiving state from last 3-4 days still they are not able to find the exact or estimate time.
