Error 8560 while uploading listings via template with GTIN-exemption.
I'm trying to create a listing with variations via uploading a template file, but I'm receiving an error 8560 ("Missing Attributes standard_product_id. SKU ХХХ doesn't match any ASINs. Make sure that all standard product ids (such as UPC, ISBN, EAN, or JAN codes) are correct. To create a new ASIN, include the following attributes: standard_product_id. Feed ID: 0.").
I don't fill the standard_product_id attribute because I previously requested an GTIN exemption for my brand (case ID 14790551481) and my request was approved for categories Home & Kitchen, Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry, Health & Household and Electronics. The most strange thing is, that for listings in category Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry everything is OK and my template files are uploading successfully, but for other categories there is an error 8560 . I checked everything dozen times, I tried different loading options (different templates for different categories, same template for different categories), but none of them worked.
I tried to get help from Amazon support, but my experience was awful (ID 14882807531). Support every time provides me different information:
1) Firstly they said that that my GTIN exemption has not been processed properly and advised me to do the GTIN-exemption approval again. But it is not true, I have all my GTIN exemption active and I've clarified it with Amazon support (ID 14888091441). And even if GTIN-exemption is not ok, I can't re-do it anyway, because the only way to apply for GTIN exemption is to add a new product, select the "I don't have a product ID" checkbox, click Next and if an exemption is required, the button "Apply to sell" will surface. But it doesn't surface and if I continue I can create listing manually with no problem.
2) I wrote them that I can't do re-approval and they advised me upload my listings manually.
3) I wrote them, that I need to create listings with plenty of products and variations and I need a working option to do it via uploading templates. And they answered me again that I don't have GTIN-exemptions.
So, I'm finally caught in a vicious circle and I really don't know what to do.
The most interesting thing is, that there is one listing (parent ASIN B0CX2P44NP) that somehow appeared in my inventory after my unsuccessful attempt of uploading via template. I'm sure that Amazon support did something according to my origin request to create this listing. I've asked them to figure out what helped this listing to appear and to do the same thing with my other problem uploads, but they didn't.

What is a GTIN exemption ID?
Seller_0xdtD36hDLHBC
Product IDs are part of a system of unique identifiers called GTINs, or Global Trade Item Numbers.
My question was...
I know what a GTIN is.

I know what a product ID is.
I know what the product ID requirements are.
My question remains...
