EFN between the UK and the EU - ASIN Hidden in Market Place
Hello
Wondering if some can help shed some light on an issue I am facing. I seem to be going round and round in circles with seller support.
The issue is ‘ASIN is hidden in the market place’
Here’s what I have done so far:
- EFN between the UK and the EU enabled
- Shipping program is also enabled
- Have a professional seller account, yes
- Offers and inventory exist in my UK FBA inventory.
- I have also followed the steps in build international listings
To avoid VAT implications as I am currently under the threshold to register for VAT in the UK, I have opted to go via the EFN between UK and EU route.
On this ASIN B09RQX3MQ7 and the rest of the variations on this listing, I am getting the following message under - Manage offers in other market places
‘ASIN is hidden in this marketplace.’
This ASIN is showing as available in 7 market placed - B096G8VSG7, which indicates that there’s nothing wrong with the back end as this is being picked up.
Here is a massage received form Seller support, everything they are asking is enabled.
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand that you need assistance with regards to the ASINs which are not eligible for EFN between UK and EU. Kindly allow me to address your concern.
I can understand how frustrating the situation might had been for you when the ASINs are not eligible for EFN between UK and EU. I apologize for the delay in providing you the response.
Thank you for reaching out to us. I am glad to help you regarding the issue for which you have contacted us.
Having checked that, I would like to let you know that to sell between the UK and the EU using the European Fulfilment Network, you must have the following:
1.Access to both the UK and the EU Seller Central accounts
2.FBA offers for your products in both the UK and the EU
3.Inventory for eligible offers stored in local fulfilment centres.
4.Shipping programmes and export settings enabled. For EU to UK fulfilment, all EU stores must be enabled for export (Germany, Italy, France, Spain).
If you have more than one EU account, each account must be managed separately.
For more information regarding the eligibility EFN between UK and EU please refer to the help page which I have mentioned below.

I have even tried to add a new product in the EU market places but the ASIN is not being picked up.
Has anyone else faced this issue and if so any help in finding a resolution would be much appreciated.
Thanks! (Apologies in advance for the long message)

Today’s message from Amazon seller support…
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
Thank you for reaching out to us. This is Angellena, and it will be a pleasure to assist you today. This is a follow up email based on our conversation.
I understand your concern in regards to PAN-EU FBA listing for ASIN: B09RQX3MQ7. I am sorry to see that you had to contact us multiple times to get a resolution of your query.
I regret the inconvenience caused and that’s definitely not what we want our sellers to experience and appreciate you working with us to resolve the issue.
I have investigated the issue and found that the ASIN are not created on all EU marketplaces and hence, it is showing as ineligible.
Hence, I request you to create their listing on your target marketplaces for it to be considered for PAN EU.
Once you create the listings, the offers should sync.
I have tried to create the listing in the individual market place but the ASINs and SKUs are not being picked up or connected. And I get an error in shipping, which stops me from adding the product in France, Spain, Italy & Germany.

I 've had the same problem in September. Couldn’t resolve it
Now my settings has been changed to PAN (EFN deactivated) without my consent.
To reverse this I have to wait until 23/01/01 Amazon says.
I just wondered if you were able to resolve this issue you’ve mentioned above and if your settings has been changed too.
Thanks

Hello
We did get to a resolution, but it was a very long one.
We had to set up each individual listing separately in the individual market places, using the same ASIN/SKU as the UK one, note though the information does not automatically transfer cross, you have add and translate the title description, key words, add images every time in each market place. We have 12 variation colours, each one has to be added.
Tested a few lines, but in the end the cost of shipping and fees were too high for us to carry on.
Hope your issue gets resolved before Jan!
