Amazon Seller EU Imagery

Hi, I have an Amazon Seller Account and Sell in Germany, France, Spain & Italy. I also have a vendor account which we sell to the UK market through. Ever since I have set up the account I have never been able to upload an image or change the images pre existing. I have tried so many different ways to fix this and never come to any solution. Uploading in bulk, uploading through different marketplaces, contacting amazon support, etc

Can anyone offer any advice ?
