Numbers not adding up with amazon payments disbursement
Hi all
Ive been trying to figure this one out and am getting a bit frustrated but i think amazon may be overcharging me for cost of advertising during my disbursement periods. Almost every time at the end of my disbursement period i owe amazon a sum of money which seems to be an overestimate of what i actually owe. The bulk of this is cost of advertising but when cross referenced with my advertising campaign manager page the numbers stated on the payments reports section is well over what is stated in my advertising campaign manager for the same period.
I know my product is not performing as well as it should be but i cannot keep owing amazon money at the end of almost every disbursement period as it just doesnt make sense. Has this happened to anyone else and what can be done about it?
N.B.
I have spoken to someone on chat about this whose explanation was that 'sale of products have not been enough to cover cost of advertising.
Thanks

Go to reports - payments - date range reports , change it to summary and input your chosen dates and it will show you your total income and total expenses - including advertising

You need to add 20% VAT to the advertising numbers shown on the campaign manager
