Product flagged as NHP and listing is removed
Hello everyone,
Our ASIN has been deactivated and listing has been removed. Our product is pimple pathches is not NHP but is identified as NHP. We have removed all the keywords that might have triggered this and sent Emails to Amazon but is the same reply everytime that this is NHP. After so many Emails back and forth, reply is the same.
Please help us

I believe you may be referring to a Restricted Product issue. There are very specific laws in Canada that Amazon must adhere to when dealing with Natural Health Products (NHP) or drug products.
