How does Amazon get away with this?
I have been selling on here since 2018 and I have always had MAJOR issues with these clowns. Lately I have been checking this out and it appears I am not the only one that is feed up with all the BS. So, amazon do you not care? Do you even know? Where is your Account health tab we can look at? They are so hypocritical that at this point all I do is "chat" with them, take screenshots and argue with them about how this is what amazon told me to do. At this pace Amazon will get de-throwned in 10 years. If no one is happy all we need is a new option. OR there is some sort of class-action thing that happens. Twilight Zone for sure!

I just got an email this morning that says I will not be getting my final payment due to fraudulent activites. LOL After 24 years plus of selling used books which they would email me to sell back my books back. I bought a lot of books to read from them in the late 90's and early 2000's. I have had no violations and suspentions. Played by the rules and now I can not get my final amount due to me. Keeping my small 425 dollars makes me wonder how many other people they are stealing from.

I really want to know what "It" is as well. There are about 20 different possible "ifs" here. A "class action thing" would depend on what the issue is. Amazon has protected themselves from a lot of things people complain about in their Terms Of Service. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't read what they sign up for.

I agree with your sentiment. I usually only put help tickets in so I have a record of an issue, as the only way to get substantive help is if a forum mod gets involved.
But, at the end of the day, it is their sandbox. If they want to poop in it, they can poop in it. We all have the option to pack up our toys and move away, or to stay and work around said poo.

Lots of issues as Amazon is milking this cow dry and once it is they will bring Bezos back as their great savior. Main issue we see is Amazon Price Fixation suppressing items that do not meet their pricing only after they delete years of sales history data then price fixing items to 4-10+ old MSRP. We said F this earlier this years and started building eBay back up towards its glory days. When Amazon manipulates market removing buy box then giving impression to customers we are all bad sellers means Amazon is not the titanic heading straight towards iceberg!
