Issue with Fake Pickup Done and Deliver Dummy Order to customer
On 27 Jul, 2024 IST one customer from Chennai ordered Customized Product from us. We pack it and mark schedule for next day, but no courier boy came to collect that parcel. In website it shows pickup done from us and shows in transit although that customized product is sill with us. I informed customer care about this issue but fail to solve this. This is happening to BRSN hub. Dummy Parcel sent by logistic team without pickup attempt. Kindly check this issue seriously. this hampers my business and give negative impact to customer about our products.

First I want to make sure the pickup issue has been reported correctly, have you filled out this form related to issues with Easyship pickups ?
If yes, the teams will get in contact with you and you should be able to avoid any potential charge related to that order.
If not, please fill it out so the case gets registered.
Also, since you've already been in contact with Seller Support, what's the last feedback you've received from their side?
