URGENT: Section 3 still deactivated after sending all documents.
Hello everyone, I have recently had my seller account wrongly deactivated with a section 3 violation. I showed proof of all 3 asins they asked for and sent invoice for each. I also sent all identity verifying documents such as drivers license, business registration , bank statements, etc and did the interview that they asked for. After they reviewed the documents I got the same copy and paste response. When I called they told me that one of my invoices doesn't match the product name on the asin. The name on the invoice is very similar and easy to tell that it is the same it shows the 60ct and name of the product just like the amazon listing. I am not sure what I can do anymore the options I have are to continue with my prior submission or acknowledge the violation and resubmit all the documents I have again. Seller support is not helping at all i believe they are not even reviewing the documents I am sending. Please help it would be greatly appreciated.

"Very Similar" doesn't cut it when Amazon verifications. You need an EXACT match.
Of course, there may be other issues as well; are you authorized BY THE BRAND to sell the items you are listing? If your LoA has everything correct, that may help you get past the "similar" on the invoice.
And you are likely correct that a human is not reading your documents; a bot will easily catch the mismatch of a "similar" name and reject it without having to have a human deal with it.

@April_AmazonCan you please check this out? Every time I contact seller support I dont get the same answers but one told me that the problem was this OmegaXL product. After being told that I have submitted the required info now i'm clueless on what else they want considering they were fine with the invoices for the other two ASINs.

So you submitted a RECEIPT then, not an INVOICE.
Amazon is quite clear that you need INVOICES to satisfy IP complaints.
