Amazon rewarded a bully fraud buyer's abuse and punished the seller . Where to report buyer abuse?
My listing was removed because of a lie from a buyer. After bullying me by making a false violation accusation and false claim, Amazon customer support has graciously decided to refund this fraud buyer. Only replacement was an option buy amazon team was so gracious to offer my money and i dint even get an email intimation that it was refunded. Here i have to prove this book is mine, lose my business for 2 days, to remove the violation because of his false report. After causing so much pain to me the buyer is so happy , but i had to lose my product , shipping charge, amazon fees because it has charged me another fee (cancellation fee ). It is so unjust i am scammed by both amazon and the buyer. There is nowhere to report the abuse of this buyer. It is just so unfair.

Amazon is not punishing fraud buyers. Their full focus is on sellers. Received used clothing instead of my genuine product. Amazon refunded the buyer without checking.

I m also facing the same issue . Amazon is fully supporting these scamsters and rejecting my honest claim .
-- The same images were provided for SAFE-T claims on previous orders.
-- The images filed for this SAFE-T claim were taken before the return date.
-- Different seller accounts provided the same images on more than one SAFE-T claim.
-- Any other violation of SAFE-T claims or Amazon policies.

What's the order ID? Upon discovering the issue with the return, have you filed a claim? Also, what's the current status? Has the violation been removed already?

We received a waste cloth instead of my product, without checking Amazon refunded the customer. I don't know one thing how Amazon accepts returns from customers without checking the products. other alliances are better than Amazon. amazon has to take a straight note on this. @Amazonindia
