KYC EU company verification

Hey, did anyone pass KYC verification of EU company? I sent more than 50+ mails to kyc-drtax-verification@amazon.co.uk with all necessary documents. But they resend again, again and again same questions / inquries.. Circle with no finish.

50 emails chasing!!! Every time you chase them it resets your application date and you go to the back of the queue of thousands as it’s done on date order.

Have patience and keep checking your Performance Notifications in case they have asked for any info.

We sent the documents 10 days ago and have had no response and Amazon continue to withhold our funds. Literally going to put us out of business if this continues. Its disgraceful - try help and support online chat and they just fob you off. Amazon must be desperate for money if they are doing this to all business sellers.

We are on the same boat! I also sent them numerous emails with many documents, and I feel like I'm talking to a wall or some kind of robot. They keep asking for more and more documents. I wrote to the CEO of Amazon UK, and I hope with his assistance, this will stop because I no longer have the patience and nerves to write the same things every time.

Exactly the same but I'm in Portugal.

I am self-employed and have already sent more than 20+ documents.

I always receive asking for more and more and more..... there is no end.

I think my business is going to fail....

In Portugal there are no more documents to send ....
