Buyer left negative feedback after A-Z claim denied

We had a customer leave us a negative feedback after they were denied their item not received A-Z Claim. The buyer made the purchase on 7/11 we shipped it via USPS on 7/11. USPS tracking showed it was delivered on 7/18. The buyer filed the A-Z Claim on 8/13. Amazon denied the claim same day on 8/13. The buyer then left us negative feedback on 8/27.
Is it possible to have the feedback removed?

Feedback can only be removed if:
- Contains obscene language
- Contains seller-specific, personally identifiable information
- Entire feedback comment is a product review
- Entire feedback comment is about fulfilment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon
