INR A-Z Claims affecting ODR with Amazon Buy Shipping dispite Amazon Policy
We are having the usual battle to get two Order Defect Rates removed from our A-Z claims despite us buying shipping through Amazon and shipping on time. In line with Amazons policy we should be protected from the defects:
"If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against a-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims." (See https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/G200202220)
We have gone through all the routes before posting on here
We have
1.) appealed through the A-Z claim,
2.) Created Seller Support Cases
3.) Emailed Managing Director
If any forum mods can help as Winston did a few months ago it would be much appreciated
