Listing hijacked for the 2nd time in 2 months

We've been selling an ASIN B01L26VUJA since 2016, and it was listed correctly under my company “HotSign Products” even though it is not trademarked. A couple of weeks ago, the listing was hijacked, and the Brand changed to “Niathi”. I cannot replenish stock while my listing is hijacked by Niathi. Can you please escalate this request so that my listing is corrected to my shop - HotSign Products - so that I can continue to replenish inventory? This is the second hijacking since December 2024 and there are many many Amazon Sellers complaining of the same hijacking issue. Can’t Amazon do something to punish these hijackers so we sellers don’t have to continuously request to get our listings returned to us. The fact that Amazon has an official category of “hijacked listings” shows that this is an ongoing problem. It should only take a few minutes to look at my history with this product to fix this. I am asking for someone within Amazon to please help me correct this issue.    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01L26VUJA

then it's easy to change the brand to your original brand:

I recommend you to create a case with seller support under "Help", write short and precise without emotions. Ask to escalate to the catalog team. Keep in mind that most probably it's not a native English speaker reading your case. So keep it short and simple.

State that the brand of this ASIN has been changed to BBB - confirm that you are the manufacturer of the brand AAA and never gave the authorization to someone else to sell your brand on Amazon

Send a screenshot of the GS1 search with the UPC you created that listing with (the AI rememers), where you show up as owner EXACTLY matching your "Legal Entity" in seller central

If at the time of the listing creation you did NOT take a UPC from GS1 you can't proove that you created that listing. that's what I fear because hijackers are specificially looking for such unverified UPCs to hack listings.
