Horrible seller support

My account got suspended due to a link with another account. I live in a rented apartment so does the other seller. The other seller created a violation and my account got deactivated. I know English isn't my first language but Amazon seller support English is even worse. Anyway, i have provided all the documents including my lease agreement and affidavit documents. As per the contract, i cannot move till the end of 2025 and i cannot have my wifi due to a contract with the landlord. Instead of Amazon seller support helping me they are telling me I am not being honest lol. Isn't that a joke?

As noted this is a multiple account policy violation where you were identified as being associated to another seller in your apartment. The question I have for you is if there is any other shared information. Since you cannot have Wifi, does the apartment as a whole all use the same network? If so you have a more serious situation.

These situations include two paths to dispute the violation. The first is to show how and why you are associated along with proof of separation. This will commonly include documents such as contracts to identify the established connection, along with proof of termination or termination agreements that validate the separation.

As for the information you provided, a lease agreement does not validate a separation from this individual, nor does an affidavit by itself. We can only accept an affidavit in accompaniment of other supporting documentation. An example of this would be if you had a contract, but do not have valid proof of separation or termination. You can provide additional proof of payment with bank statements and an affidavit confirming separation at a specific time. This helps validate your separation from this individual.

If proper separation documentation does not exist, or does not meet our requirement, you will need to pursue the second option. This requires that the associated store first be reactivated. Once that store has been reinstated, you can acknowledge that the other account has been successfully reinstated.
