Close my European Account

I really want to close my European account. Submitted a request to close my account from last month but no response.

I have double checked all the requirements to close my account and all have been met.

The seller support team that I contacted by clicking on "Contact Support" told me that they are not sure about the process and I couldn't get in touch directly with the team responsible for closing the account.

I really want to know how long I have to wait.

Can anyone please help me close my seller account?

Do you have an account in another country - where was your original account registered ?

You cannot actually close other accounts - you need to be sure that they are each placed on holiday settings - Inactive - and you do not assign bank account to those countries.

You can only properly close an account that is active and fully verified, not one that is deactivated, and this has to be done by Amazon.

But I am very curious about the information you received from Seller Support, would you be able to provide the Seller Support case id?
