Getting nothing helpful from seller support,

I hope your well, I have come to notice that my orders defect rate as well as my late shipment rate has has increased over the past few weeks and this has caused my featured offers on all of my listings to be withdrawn, I have done some investigation and printed out some reports and have found that this issue was due to the Amazon shipping credit limit that i have, The reason as to why my late-shipment Rate has increased: I have recently onboarded with Amazon Shipping, and the credit limit to ship orders is only £4000, Due to this I was unable to ship orders as this would exceed my credit limit so I had to wait until the next day for the invoice to be generated so that I can pay the invoice and ship the orders the next day once the invoice has been paid with a matter of urgency. The reason as to why my defect Rate has increased: This is due to the invoicing issue, as I was forced to ship orders the next day sometimes even 2 days late, some of the orders we being flagged on the shipper central as 'ship with other carrier' due to the order not meeting the deliverey promise. Unfortunately I had no other carriers to ship these orders with, I had tried to contact my Amazon Shipping account manager however they were on Leave and were no in office, So i had to wait for a response, and no tracking as well as shipment was able to sent out, However once I did get the reply of what to do, I cancelled the orders., Now I believe that Order defect Rates are when Customers message us and we do not respond so they file A-Z guarantee claims but we were also unable to answer some messages as we had an unexpected lockdown in our facility, the lockdon was due to a canister of butane gas exploding in our facility. All of our staff were told to leave premises and did not return a few days later. I hope I have made my self as clear as possible in my reasoning. and i hope you assist in resolving my Featured Offer availability as Soon as possible. Thank you.
