Hmm, make sure that it is a product that sells well in amazon, such as using a tool that does amazon product research. make sure you put it up for amazon FBA like amazon prime so a lot more people want to buy. and add keywords.

Please note that receiving orders depends on several factors such as product visibility, competitive pricing, proper listing optimization (title, keywords, images, description), stock availability, and advertising.

To help you improve your chances of getting orders, I recommend the following steps:

- Ensure Your Listings Are Optimized – Use high-quality images, clear titles, relevant keywords, and detailed descriptions.

- You may research the market demand for your product to better understand customer interest and potential sales opportunities.

- Check Your Pricing – Make sure your pricing is competitive compared to similar products.

- Keep Your Inventory Updated – Ensure your products are in stock and ready for fulfillment.

- Use Sponsored Ads – You can also try using Amazon’s advertising tools to boost visibility.

Also you can reach out to Amazon's Seller support and ask if there is any other issue with the cataloging and visibility.

We have to run ad campaign for order. But problem is there is no surety of order after running ads. We have to spend money for orders

Hello! @Seller_Wf449Pza5t23f

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, I totally get how complex it must be not to receive orders, specially in the first few months.

As mentioned by @Seller_zpF2GIrnMJl0f, there are a lot of factors that can influence order traffic, all the points made by the @ISHICO_ENTERPRISES are super valid and worth considering them.
