Can not find information about account deactivation
Hello!
I hope someone here could be kind enough to help. For the life of me, I can not figure out why my account is deactivated. I have been clicking around for an hour and find myself just going in circles.
Despite being deactivated, it says I have zero violations, and zero stats across the board. Going to "reactivate account" takes me to a page where I can file an appeal or reach out for help. The first button just resets the page and never gives me any options to make an appeal, and the second one, no matter what I say in the body of the message, just gives me the same automated response over and over again that to submit an appeal I have to go elsewhere.
Can't find a phone number or another contact. Can someone here help me figure out why I'm banned in the first place? I registered this account but never used it, so am at a loss.

Many of the most serious problems do NOT show up in those sections. They are internal within various Amazon departments.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
