The money in my account was confiscated
1)My account was closed and my funds were confiscated on the grounds that I was selling fake products.
2)The amount due to me is $6500
3)I have been waiting for this money to be paid for 9 months. During this process, I have not received even a single customer complaint. I have not received a product refund for months. This proves that I am right.
4)I paid the tax on this payment, which I did not receive from you, to the IRS.
You write the following as the reason for seizing my funds:
"we have determined that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store."
How did you detect that I was engaging in such illegal activities?
Please put me on a video call and say these to my face.
There is no clause in the Amazon sales contract that I accepted, which states that you can take my money without terminating my contract without giving a reason.
I request that an investigation personnel be appointed for me and review my situation in detail.
We find it worrying that we were not informed about the investigation, our account was closed without giving a reason, and our funds were seized in addition to all this.
All this makes us think that this attitude towards us is far from compromise, political and discriminatory, and even worse, racist.
I am in contact with many store owner friends who have the same nationality. Almost all of them are experiencing these problems.
This behavior, which is racist and causes unlawful and unfair competition towards a certain segment, makes you feel that you are operating an operation on the path to monopolization.

Nothing is due to you if you were found to be selling counterfeit or fraudulent items. It is against the law for Amazon to pay you for counterfeit product. So, no, you are wrong. If you did not provide information to the contrary, that was valid, then you are out $6500 and your ability to sell on Amazon.
It has nothing to do with where you are from or who you are. If you had actually researched and done your due diligence before selling on Amazon, you would have been more prepared to follow policy.

No, there was a reason; you even quoted it.
You are suspected of selling counterfeit items. It is up to you to provide the proper documentation to show that your items are legit.
And yes, not only does it state in the contract you agreed to that Amazon will not return your funds in cases such as this, it's also the LAW.

If only they'd actually read it....

Hello @Seller_hLDnSqUCENWrT,
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.
I see that after your account was deactivated for authenticity concerns, your funds were deemed ineligible to be be released back to you and you have concerns about this decision.
Per our funds withholding policy- "If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, have abused our systems, or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and sellers, we may withhold some or all funds in your account." This is standard with authenticity issues that have not been successfully resolved from an appeal.
To address this overall you must submit invoices from authorized source for the brand that meets our document requirements. If the invoice is unable to trace your product back to the manufacturer or does not meet our documents requirements your account will not be eligible for reinstatement.
So that I can look into this further, can you please provide me with a case ID from your account? I would like to learn more details about what went wrong and provide more clarity to you about this.
I am looking forward to your response. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
