Adjacent warehouse fire and late shipping rate

So today the warehouse about meters from us had a major fire. Any search engine Saffron Walden fire. We had about 100 parcels ready to ship when the fire service urgently evacuated us. Now the chances are not all parcels will ship until tomorrow, possibly Thursday. We have premium shipping eligibility which we will lose but i am very concerned our metrics might get battered in the process, in particular late shipping rate. I can provide Amazon evidence this event was uniquely outside of our control and provide photos of the event. Hopefully the site will be declared safe tomorrow. Any thoughts most welcome. I thought I should at least let the group moderators know. What a week and its only Tuesday....
