How to remove inventory and close account from a deactivated account
My account was deactivated a year ago. I had about $300 in my account. I emailed about getting a final disbursement and closing the account because I was done dealing with it but I never got an email back. I decided to forget about the money until a few days ago Amazon charged my credit card over $100 for inventory storage.
I can't figure out how to get rid of the inventory. I go to removal and it just gives an error. I did go to settings and manage account and requested to close my account permanently. I haven't heard back about it yet though.
Should I just get a new credit card number so Amazon stops charging me?
I just want out.

You can't close a deactivated account, and Amazon will keep charging away.
If you can't get reinstated then I'd put in a card they can't charge. Amazon won't like it but oh well, they won't let you remove the items.
Overall I'd work on reinstatement, but if you are suspended over Authenticity and can't get your inforces approved then the likelihood is that you won't get reinstated. Have not seen many who were suspended for authenticity get reinstated without valid invoices from authorized distributors.

Hello @Seller_kXWriFxRtSBY7
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues you have encountered with the funds and the account status. I understand that the account has been impacted, and you have been looking to close down the account. As mentioned in the thread, account closure will not be possible unless you were able to resolve the restrictions that are currently present. If you would like continued assistance on this, we encourage you to share more information to this thread regarding what occurred.
As for any funds still being held, you will need to make an official request to disbursement-appeals@amazon.com for our team to review your situation, and determine if the funds can be disbursed at this time. The inventory will require a removal order to be created, but I do understand you have been receiving an error due to the account status. Have you attempted to open any kind of case into this as of yet? Would you be able to share this with our team for review?
If you have any other details or updates you would like to share, please refer to this thread for support.
Best,
Atlas
