I created an Amazon seller account on the UK marketplace, but somehow it got unlocked for the American, Mexican, and Canadian markets, while the UK market remains in pending registration. When I try to switch to the UK market, I get an error that says, "We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Update your credit or debit card information on Seller Central North America."

Additionally, it's asking me to pay $47.99. If I pay this amount, will I still have to pay for the UK market separately? Is this fee for unlocking the account, or does it include the professional seller plan as well?

Also, what if I don’t want to sell in the American marketplace and only want the UK marketplace, which I originally registered for? How can I fix that?
