My First LTL FBA Shipment by partner carrier --When does partner carrier contact me?

This is my first shipment to FBA I am doing as a new seller. I am seeing that my FBA inventory is showing that freight ready pick will be tomorrow. When will the partner carrier contact me to setup time to pick up my shipment? Please provide me some info on the process. I just want to make sure all goes well.

Do you realize the cut off for Amazon receiving new seller inventory was last month. Your shipment will sit somewhere in limbo until after the start of the new year. FBA employees are not focused on filling holiday orders, not intake. Then you do not know how your inventory will be processed. First in-First Out or First in-Last out.

Hopefully you have help back some of the new inventory to sell using FBM while you wait for your FBA inventory to be processed.

Thanks for checking in with the New Seller Community on this topic, @Seller_asXyI6yX0MQp5- and congrats on the first shipment through the Partnered Carrier Program!

You can view the latest pickup date for your LTL, FTL, or intermodal shipments in your Shipping Queue under Shipment status or from the Shipment summary page for a particular shipment. This date will reflect any updates that result from pickup disruptions, delays, or rescheduling.

For more information on this process, I'd recommend watching this Seller University video walking through the Partnered Carrier Program - Truckload Delivery (LTL/FTL) process, looking through these FAQs on the topic, and making sure you read the relevant agreement!

In the days since this post, did this pickup already occur? If you encountered further issues, it night be helpful to open a case with seller support as well.

Thanks,

Danny
