Lost buy box eligibility
On December 28th I lost buy box eligibility on all ASINs. This is over 1000 listings. I have a 300-health rating, and all other metrics are near perfect. I have never had this issue in the past and I do not know why Amazon has all of a sudden deemed me ineligible. I contacted seller support, and they claimed they cannot give me any information on why I am ineligible. This has dropped my sales to almost nothing. Please Help!!!

Buy box is not a given to any seller. Although your account health may look healthy, the slightest ding can throw you off. Amazon uses a secret algorithm to dole out eligibility and will never disclose to you the specifics.

Are you using Ingram? Amazon is cracking down on Ingram users. Some are even getting deactivated altogether.

Looks like you have a lot of textbooks for sale. It has become more difficult to sell textbooks here. I think they've made a deal with publishers to block a lot of listings. Maybe that's related? Just a thought.

Same thing happened to us at exactly same date. We have nothing change on our performance metrics yet, we lost it. No one explains why, we are just on our own here as a sellers, Seller support is nothing more than fake ''support''

OK, here is the deal. This has happened to us 3 times in the last 1.5 years. All Featured Offer Eligibility wiped out on over 1k SKUs. If you search this forum, you will see it happens frequently to many sellers. It took us a while to figure out a way to rectify, and it is still not perfect, but here is the gameplan that works for us:
1) Create a support case and post the Case ID here. You already did that, and you already know that Amazon regular seller support will provide absolutely no help to you.
2) Sit on your hands and wait for a forum mod in this seller forum to respond. This is the toughest part because it can take 2-6 days to get a moderator response and as textbook sellers ourselves, we know any lost day of sales during this time of the year is amplified. I've asked and tagging a moderator is generally useless- they are assigned to tickets via a system- but that being said, probably no harm in tagging.
3) Once a mod picks up your cause and has your posted support Case ID # they will escalate the issue on their end. Then you wait some more.
4) Generally, within 1-4 days after the mod has escalated, the issue is resolved.
Again, not perfect, a lot of waiting. But at least knowing what to expect in resolution is so much better than our first time of feeling around in the dark for help. Good luck to you.

Amazon does this to harm sellers and stop sales and it is all about prices as many items usually your best sellers an irrelevant msrp price appears and now listing is price fixed to that range and Amazon bots are worthless best is start shifting sales to another site as Amazon will not fix anything until they see lack of revenue due to actions they take to harm small business.

Hello @Seller_r8fuHar7o6Kv4,
Thanks for posting to the Forums. I've gone ahead and contacted my partner team and requested their assistance with reviewing this issue. I'll follow up as soon as I hear back from the team.
