My account was deactivated due to "suspected" Violation of Intelectual Property. Now my funds are held for no reason!!! Now they keep me running in circles with auto- answers!

After several months struggling to resolve this issue the "auto answers" maintain and no one give me a specific fact or reason for the deactivation.
At the end because I have send all the proves that I did not violate anything, they asked me to participate in a video call to identify myself and the conclusion was that I run a "fraudulent business" and that harmes amazon's clients.
Please is there anyone really serious on Amazon that can check my case???
Amazon is taking a serious accusation against me and my business that I run since the 90's. I have 2 stores in Portugal open to public and my main selling products are Hi-fi sound products and some electronics as well.
I was exporting my products to europe since many years before I even thought about becoming a seller in amazon.
This is a serious accusation.
Now for that conclusion about my business, they have kept my funds held and won't transfer it to me at all.
So, I will find legal help against you.
I advise any seller to pay attention on Actual Amazon. For me and my experience, they engage you in the sellings and when you have a good amount in their side (my case it's 5.000€), they find a "suspicion" to deactivate your account and that's final. Even if you prove you're write or that you did nothing wrong, you will start getting repetitive auto answers and you f* yourself.
So the money is kept on their side because they have a specific contract clausule that all your money will be kept in case of any suspicion like this...
It makes me wonder if this is a new type of scam running inside amazon or if it is the BIG AMAZON financing themselves to face the big legal issues that has faced in the past?!!!
It's very easy for them to accuse you of something that don't exist and then when you ask them to specify exactly what is the reason for that suspicion, they answer that they can't give that information due to internal privacy policies. (very convenient)
I run a legal business in Portugal and never ever had any problems with the law or with some kind of intellectual property. And you AMAZON can suspect what you want but you're wrong.
You are the ones who are harming my busines, my name, my company and my reputation. If you don't solve this problem you will face a legal sue against you, Because I can prove that I'm legal, I can prove that I didn't harm in anyway your clients and that I never violated any intellectual property.
