Required to type Chinese name but there is no chinese name

I am a new seller and I have uploaded a business license and it requires me to fill in my business Chinese name. I do not have a chinese name for my company and according to the law in hong kong, I only need to provide english name! If I type ''no'' in chinese, it got denied, it keeps saying ''the info entered does not match the submitted document'' I can't send email or chat cause it keeps auto replying me that I need to solve it. Amazon team can you help me!
