Customer has left a product review as a seller rating

Hello admins, could you please assist with the removal of a seller rating

I requested removal, it declined, I requested it via the case but unfortunately the bots did not smile upon me this time.

Case ID 10936334382

The customer has left a product review (and a factually inaccurate one at that) as a seller rating. The entire comment is a product review.

I spoke with our partner team and they've agreed to remove the feedback.

Your Order Defect Rate should update within the next 48 hours to reflect this change. Would you mind checking back after that time to make sure everything looks correct?
