Fair Pricing Violation - ON MY OWN BRAND
Hoping an Amazon Mod sees this and can respond:
I own my own brand and am the only seller (both on amazon and off amazon with my own website). My products have the same pricing everywhere. The BOT is deciding (with no external data available) that my prices violate their fair pricing policy. Obviously the BOT is programmed will enough and makes these errors all over the place (just have to search fair pricing in the forum to notice the amount of threads already on the topic).
I'm just hoping a mod out there will look at these and fix them, as I am the brand owner.
ASIN's:
B0CJ4GPW4G
B0CZWG6NGG
B0D1NDXLCN
B0CZWH8T2T
B0D1NBPGMK
B0CZWCSYX5
B0CJ4HQ5B3
B0D1NC31KJ
B0CZWBC78L
B0D1NBN3MG
B0CZD17CSH
Also, there are pricing violations for the following listings that are not my brand, I didnt make the listing, but they are bundles of multiple items and so i think the price just triggered the BOT without anyone really looking into why it is priced high, but its because there are multiple items in the listing:
B006W2OQVE
B07SH9FZ9Z
010838105600
I have too many cases in my case log to even go back and find where I made a case for these. It has become a full time position in my business to just work with amazon seller support on issues that come up when Bots act incorrectly. I am going to have to hire someone just to handle all this nonsense.

The BOTS are programmed (poorly) to search for the same items (do you sell for less on your own website?) as well as 'similar' products.
They also have no concept of adding in the shipping charges to costs on other sites since they "KNOW" that everything ships for 'free' in their fantasy world.

We had Similar issues and it took for ever to fix. I now have a special folder on my desk top called amazon fights. in that folder I made a folder for every fight. In the one for high pricing, I keep a copy of my shipping manifest showing that we are who we say we are. A copy of our contract with the manufacture. photos of our products on our site showing that its the same or cheaper.
I also make sure that every time I add a new item I fix the max and min price so that its $10 +or-
Oh and i have a word document so I can copy and paste the issue. This way when they send me a copy and paste answer with links to policy. I resend them the entire package again. and I also give a negative remark on the emails we get for the response given.
Hope this helps

I get this same crap all the time. I own my brand, and it is sold by no one else. Remember everyone, Amazon hates you.

Match your "List Price". fill-in "Sale Price" as your current pricing (start date, couple of day back and end date 10+yrs). it is a List price error, you can easily fix. you have to upload a couple of times.
if you have a website or other sales channels match the List price. (I suggest 30% higher than current price)
List price = suggested retail price

What Amazon wants to do is be the lowest price, so if you have a desired profit margin in mind you can set that price on amazon after accounting for their fees, wrongful return reasons, and the CPC advertising you will be forced to use if you want sales.
Then go ahead and keep the prices on your own website and competing marketplaces higher. (you have to, otherwise your listings will be suppressed)
