I've been having the same problem. My delivery time is showing as 19th Sep to 2nd Oct at the moment. I downgraded to an Individual Account a few weeks ago as my sales were so poor, and there's no way of changing my shipping settings that I can see. It's no wonder that sales are less than half what they were, with a date like 2nd October showing. I send 2nd class RM, post same day usually and buy shipping through Amazon. My feedback often says 'quick delivery'. I've put off trying to solve it through CS as I just know that they won't have a sensible answer. My income has dropped to a level that is putting me in financial difficulty and short of moving to another selling platform I just don't know what to do. Any ideas very gratefully received. I've been selling on Amazon for 19 years and up until a few months ago, things were fine.
