I have inventory that needs to move. [Moderator Edit: removed personal solicitations]
I just want the verification process to go through. I have even went an opened a whole new account just for amazon and nothing is working. My stores all say active , except in Mexico, no biggie YET MY ACCOUNT SAYS DEACTIVATED? But why oh why is my bank info STILL pending. Please have jeff bez to call me to sort this out.

Thank you for posting your concerns with your INFORM verification process.
Due to the limited information I have visibility into and what is being provided here. I will need to know more about your situation.
Typically when it comes to bank verification you will need to follow these exact steps:
What action do I need to take?
1. Login to your Seller Central account.
2. Go to the Account Information page.
3. In the Payment Information section, select the Deposit Methods page.
4. Go to the Manage Deposit Methods page and find the bank account that you are using to receive disbursements.
5. Once you are on the Verify Bank Account page, select the Bank Account Holder Name, upload your bank account statement, confirm the requirements for verification, and click submit. Note: Please make sure that:
a. The Bank Account Holder Name you select on the “Verify Bank Account Page” matches the Bank Account Holder Name on your bank account statement you upload.
b. The bank account statement you are uploading is for the same bank account you use to receive disbursements (bank account numbers must be the same).
6. You will be redirected to the Manage Deposit Methods page where you will see that the Verification Status of your bank account is ‘In progress.’ Your bank account verification may take from 48 to 72 hours.
Does your bank account and information accurately represent your physical address and location? Is the account owner listed as the owner of the bank account? Are there any issues with the documentation, what file type did you submit these in? Do you have any cases you can share where you reached out about this situation? These cases can help me look further into the issue.
Creating a new store will result in that accounts deactivation due to our multiple accounts policy and would not advise on this. Even if the new store is not immediately deactivated, it is subject to deactivation without notice until this issue has been resolved. I would not advise attempting to create any new accounts while the current one is deactivated as it can only compound the situation.
