Amazon bug, why why why, anyone can help?

I want to close my Europe account, but, it tells me I can't because I have money on DE. However, when I request payment on DE, it shows I can't because the "This account is not currently eligible for On Demand Disbursement. You can only disburse if your available balance is above the minimum.", there are "€0.14" on DE.

Due to having a balance of less than one euro, I am unable to withdraw all the funds from my account, which is preventing me from closing it. This is a vicious cycle and it seems to be a bug in Amazon's system. Is there anyone who can help fix this issue so we can close the account as soon as possible.

Do you have to close it, why not deactivate all the listings in europe.

Maybe you can try to incur some costs against your DE account (maybe some PPC ads). The goal would be to get a negative balance (it may be very low, like €1 or whatever). Amazon will then charge your credit card to pay for the outstanding balance. This payment should leave your account at €0.

I just thought that you don't even need to wait for them to charge you, you can pay the negative balance manually from the payments dashboard. That would get your account to €0.

I hope this helps, best of luck!

@Janina_Amazon Is there a way to completely resolve this issue? This is a bug from Amazon, is there a better solution to this problem? I'm worry if we refund a order to bring balance to 0.00 have any policy issue.
