Steve from Amazon here, I know this situation can be frustrating and I would like to help. I see the most recent cases created for the inventory removal are from September. Please create a new case to Seller Support for the stranded inventory and provide me with the new Case ID here. From there I will monitor this situation and escalated as needed.
The deactivated account may cause some issues here however I will see what I can do once I have the new case ID.
