Saudi Arabia
OK so it’s a strange one. Over the past couple of years I’ve sent approximately 6 books to Saudi everyone one of them failed to arrive 4 of which have been returned the other 2 also apparently didn’t arrive and were refunded. There is always a stamp from Saudi post stating CN15 but the boxes which state why it’s returned are in Arabic and to small to read (even if I could read Arabic). I’m in a bit of a quandary as I really don’t want to send anymore but will I be penalised if I refuse to send to Saudi Arabia. Obviously I have one or two returned from time to time but with Saudi it’s a 100% failure for delivery. Any help or advice would be good as I don’t hold out much hope of getting an answer from seller support. Thanks in advance.

Just make sure that any countries you do not want to sell to are placed on holiday settings, and check your shipping settings - you can exclude international.

you’ve never needed to ship to any country except the marketplaces domestic location.
So for Amazon uk anything outside the UK you don’t have to ship to (and in fact you can even turn off select locations within the UK)
All you need to do is check your shipping settings (which will vary depending on if you are on the Pro or Individual plan) and turn off international.

Hello @Seller_FdWKBkhV7283K,
@Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid and @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh have already shared important information here.
Did you receive orders from Saudi Arabia on your amazon.co.uk account? Did you review shipping settings and make sure that Saudi Arabia is excluded as the country that you want to ship to?

Sakura
