Cannot Set Preferences on Inventory Page

IWhen I go to "Preferences" and turn off certain fields and save the changes, they don't go away. Also, I used to be able to cut and paste an entire page of inventory to do some processing on it. Now that doesn't work at all.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help with this. Usually it takes some time for the changes you make in the inventory page to take effect. If after 24 hours this is still the same I would recommend creating a case with Seller Support.
