Why am I suddenly being shown delivery dates that are later then the promise date when purchasing shipping? Ups ground is the only one showing delivery date promises and it's running almost double the shipping cost.

Also when I'm buying shipping the day the person ordered, do I change the shipping date to the next day before buying if it will be scanned the next day?
