Is this a new seller account you have applied for ? - if so, ALL new accounts are deactivated whilst whilst they check and verify all your personal ID and business info you have provided. 48hrs is not enough time for them to check all the info.
in addition to JillyB comments- stop chasing them as each new case opened sends you to the back of the verification queue again
