My listing shows as active in my inventory but it shows as currently unavaitable for sale. How can i change it?

My product ASIN BOD9MZB117 is active on my inventory page, but it shows as unavailable on Amazon. What is the issue? I can not figure out how to change it. I am not able to connect with anyone from Amazon. They have sent me the same generic email with no explanation. It doesn't make a sense to me. Thank you

Thank you for using the Forums. I have looked into this issue, I do see your item being active and available for purchase for Canada customers, when accessing the Amazon website please make sure your address matches with the intended marketplace for sale of your product.

In addition to the above, your listing does not currently have the featured offer and is available only when selecting "See all buying options" in the detail page.
