I am struggling on an open case concerning a shipment to FBA. A few units were missing and on the page of my shipment, it says shipment contents counted and confirmed. I provided amazon fba with my purchase invoice,known discrepancies and dispite all my efforts, I didn't receive any help. I used the service "small parcel shipping by UPS" and according to your policy, the parcel is insurred against issues. Really strugling on that, if you could provide me assistance I would be grateful

Since you used UPS through Amazon's Partnered Carrier Program, your shipment is covered under FBA's lost and damaged inventory reimbursement policy.
For your existing case, make sure to add your UPS tracking ID as proof of pickup - you can find this in Seller Central under the Tracking details tab of your shipment. As a recommendation, since this is an old shipment, you should try to contact UPS and ask them to facilitate a proof of pick-up besides the tracking ID.
Having all three required documents (Shipment ID, proof of pickup, and purchase invoice) will help resolve your case faster.
