Reimbursements Lower than Cost
Has anyone had any luck getting the correct reimbursements for their products that Amazon has damaged?? We're getting reimbursed $3-$5 less than our cost on almost all products we sell on Amazon. This is getting really out of hand, and we're ready to file a lawsuit as we're losing hundreds of dollars for Amazon's doing. Does anyone have a better way of actually getting Amazon's attention with this, or do we just need to hire a lawyer to get the ball rolling?

I called and opened a case. They had me attach my invoice and Amazon did reimburse me for the correct amount. Unfortunately, it take time for the seller to look up and submit invoices. Unfortunately, Amazon has no resect for seller's time.
