Section 3 "Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy"
My account has been deactivated under section 3 "Unsuitable Inventory Investigations". I am a new seller. Firstly, I uploaded invoices but Amazon rejected them. Later, I wrote a detailed appeal, provided the requested documents and waited, but Amazon rejected these too. I need help

Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon. Only you can tell us if you meet the requirements. If they are rejecting your "invoices" my guess is that you do not.
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.
NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.

Hello @Seller_51XwBZIqkT8Dn
Thank you for the information provided regarding your account deactivation. I understand it is due to unsuitable inventory. You mention having provided documentation for review, did those invoices meet our requirements for responsible sourcing? Do you work with a specific brand or do you have your own? Do you have documents that you could provide to show this?
If you work with another brand, do you source directly from them? What steps have you taken to ensure that you have a verifiable supplier? Is there any specific criteria or processes that you utilize for this? Our team is going to be looking to see that you have a process for ensuring the authenticity of your products.
For the deactivation, you should have received a notification that included the details that our team are looking for. Did they make any specific request for an appeal or only invoices? Was there any other documents outside of these that were requested?
If you have any additional details or updates regarding your situation, continue to refer here for support.
Best,
Atlas
