Restricted ASIN
Hi,
I’m selling my second batch of the same product, which sold out in December 2019. Beginners luck I guess.:
It is in a Fulfilment Centre but the product ASIN is restricted, I’ve had a reply to my case saying their looking into it and also I’ve relisted the product and it’s active.
Neither of these are look up-able in the Amazon product catalogue
This is the ASIN B07X9ZCVNB
The SKU is PL-JKI4-Y406
Is there anything else I can do folks?

I wouldn’t try to relist until you find out the reason Amazon have blocked.
The ASIN B07X9ZCVNB doesn’t exist, so not sure if that’s the original or new listing.

What is the product? Maybe someone would be able to confirm if it’s restricted or if Amazon have just misunderstood something.

I’m not an expert but “For iOS Android Mobile Phone” might be an issue.
I think you have to use some specific terms like “Compatible With”.
You should search the Amazon Help Pages for guidance.
I might be wrong and only Amazon can tell you what they don’t like about the items.
