Account Verification - share document Help!

Hi
I have just had an email from Amazon who want details of the share allocation for our company for our account verification

“Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register).”

I have done a search on the forum and understand that they ‘possibly’ want document CS01 from companies house website

however, as we are a husband and wife company our shares have not changed since we incorporated in 2007 50% each

the last document that shows share allocation is 2017 (50%) in companies house
every other is - no changes

If I send the latest CS01 with no share allocation on it are they likely to reject it
if I send the one with the share capital from 2017 are they likely to reject it as not the most recent
Do I send both?

or do I just send the original incorporation document from 2007 (which shows the shares and the Articles of Association)

It’s a difficult one and I’m really not sure of the answer. Any idea why they are asking for this or is it simply a re-verification? Has anything changed which has prompted Amazon to ask for it?

no, it’s re-verification
all the docs are freely available on the internet.

I am just worried that they want the latest confirmation statement - but the last 5 years worth don’t show shares because there are no changes in the shareholders (50%, 50%), the last one that does is 2017

I think due to all the horror stories that I read I am worried before it happens

I was hoping someone has sent a confirmation statement (annual return) recently that was either old and it was accepted without problem

Well I uploaded the incorporation document which showed the articles of association and shares

Just received an email from them asking to ‘reply to the email’ confirming all relevant beneficial owners of the business

So just written names, addresses, dates of birth and share amount of myself and husband and emailed it back.

This seems to be for Amazon Payments, which is something I have never even used
