Out of stock for a month!
I designed some new Eco Christmas postcards, and signed up to FBA. I posted them on 26th October, and they arrived and are for sale, but are marked as out of stock until November 16th 2 days ago, November 26th yesterday and November 30th today!! People will probably want to have started writing their cards by then. This is a whole vital month I’ve lost for the new business, having invested lots of money into it, and now the products are just stuck in Amazon’s queue for a month. Any suggestions about how to expedite this please? And how do I know the date won’t keep slipping till it’s too late? Thanks!

The last time we posted to amazon FBA, it took 6 weeks before it reflected on the system. I understand all too well. I’ll say you need to prepare to self fulfill these items with the remaining stock you have left.

are they showing as received by Amazon?
You do realise that FBA is really not a good idea for something that sells at £2.50?

Can I just ask, are you fully varified?

If accounts fully active its just the pre available date showing a month at present would seem about right for check in with anticipated delays due to Covid tbh.
The release date does tend to appear once amazon complete the first scan and usually goes live within a week but giving what’s going on a delay is possible especially if they are going to split your inventory between FC’s

This is a perfect example of why a banner on the sign up screen saying verification at the moment is taking a minimum of 3 months. It would take so many issues away and keep the innocent new sellers getting into the situation Robin’s Cards may be in now

Sorry, can I clarify whether you have opened a business account?

I Had this issue with a recent shipment, and new to FBA also. Even though my goods are being received and goods are available for sale my listing says BO until Nov 9th reserve yours now?. They do that while goods are being shipment between FC’s etc. I believe I was worried no one would buy also, but I am almost sold out and have to go through it all again!
These stupid restock restrictions mean I can only send about 2 days worth of stock in a time, make that make sense!

Over the last few weeks I have started selling some of my items through FBA S&L. The same thing happened to me - went live with a delivery date of about a month and then as soon as the tracking showed as receiving (which took 4 days from being ‘delivered’) it changed to a couple of days. So I think it a few days you’ll be all good to go!

If you look at other threads, there are a number of people with the same issue sending into small and light around the same time you did - was it to EUKA?
